Also when I plug my phone into the PC and go to SD card/android/data and then click on fallout shelter then click files there are no files in the folder. We're too I find the vault save file?

Wont work for me either. Frustrating, but i'm thankful the community is at least trying to help out everyone. I understand this is a freeware mobile game, but the various bugs and seeming indifference to fixing or even addressing the problems concerns me as it relates to Fallout 4. I'm thinking of cacelling my preorder and waiting until the game has been out to ensure its bug free. Spending that much on a game and having such lack of customer service if problems arrise with it would infuriate me.
