Hi, my game was crashing before entering my baults so i reinstalled the game (before that i tried killing the app, deleting cache, restarting phone, etc.).

Now ive lost my baults and the ítems/chars unlocked whit the lunch boxes i bought!

Yup. That will delete any purchases.. with luck you can get a refund.

Next time, search the forums first, and how to make a backup..
