I had an explorer only out for about 6 hours or so. She had found 10 items and was still going strong. After an encounter, the log stated that she had found a Railway Rifle. However it wasn't added to her inventory at all (bummer!).

Has anyone else had this happen? Makes me wonder how much stuff I'm missing out on since I don't watch the log religiously.

I've heard of people having issues with explorers doing NOTHING, but I haven't seen anyone complaining of the log not matching the inventory.

Any insight is appreciated!

Edit: Never mind! My explorer automatically equipped it - must have swapped it with her current weapon since it was better. First time she's found a weapon better than what she had so I wasn't expecting that behavior!
