Been playing without any trouble for a week. Today it will not let me get past the please stand by screen. I've tried rebooting. I Have not uninstalled and reinstalled for fear of losing progress and I've bought lunchboxes. Is all hope lost?

I contacted google who told me the cannot issue a refund because it is a "known issue with the app" and that I need to contact the developer. I did that by sending an email to the fallout shelter help email and got a reply saying I have to go through Google. So each side is saying something different what do I do?

I have a Glaxy Note and it has been doing the same exact thing. I contacted Bethesda and they directed me to these forum to tryand see Iif others were having the same problem. Thats all it said. I haven't tried reinstalling mine either cuz I don't wanna lose progress.

I did what Bethesda said. I checked the forums. Yes, other people are having the same issue. So now what? It's silly.
