For the past 8 hours, my dweller has been pregnant. I have not deleted any living quarters, I have space in my vault for the child, she is at full health/happiness/no radiation, I've kept her in the living quarters. It is an obvious bug and I would please like a reply from a dev. This bug could either be fixed, or we could be given a way to remove pregnant dwellers from the vault. A hasty reply is much appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: I got another dweller pregnant in the same space, she promptly gave birth three hours later. It seems to be this one dweller who is experiencing the issue.
