Still getting notifications on my watch that my explorer has returned, guess the other explorers are all dead now... Wish that I could load the saved vault to find out.


No reply from support in email or on forum as suggested, would be interested to know your SLA times around tickets?

Yeah a human answer is always a nice touch rather than an auto response to a form or ticket submition...


Maybe something like "We are currently trying to replicate the issue and will update you shortly"


Or something like "We are currently looking into this and will have solution for you within the next 24hrs"


Or if you can't replicate the issue, at least ease the grievance of those with lost in app purchases to be able use on other game saves maybe.

I have now just had my second vault fail to load. This is getting ridiculous.

I still haven't gotten a response from my ticket submission and Im still getting notifications on my iPad on a vault that I can't see. This is such crap!

So far nothing I have tried, and I have tried just about everything I could find short of jail breaking my phone, can fix this issue. My vault does not show up in any phone explorer tools. In the load vault screen it shows up with the little picture of how my vault used to look like. Shows the rooms and dwellers. Not sure if mine is sitting at zeroKB like some have noticed in the android forums since I cant see the save file.


The fact that Bethesda can be silent about this for so long is BS. Their not going to fix it and it's just going to lead to more and more people hacking to get back what they rightfully should have after honestly paying for content.

My crashing vault is now able to be loaded. All my wasteland explorers were dead (1000 caps a pop to revive), but it appears to be fully functional.

Secondary issue with crashes when loading objectives screen also appears fixed.

If the team had been communicative about an incoming fix, I wouldn't have gotten my purchase refunded.

Update did nothing to return my missing vault!!

My vault cannot open too.. same with everybody

update and also tried remove and reinstall.

Game still doesn't load after today's (22Oct15) 1.2.1 update that was supposed to fix this problem.
