Fix for crash on startup (< iOS 8.3)

If you're currently locked out of the game due to a crash on startup (possibly after losing wifi/data connection), read on. This requires a bit of know how, so try it at your own risk. You can definitely lose all your progress if you don't backup/restore properly, so please only attempt this if you're comfortable with the possibility of losing your vault.

User "TheTiredLion" on the FO:Shelter subreddit shared this tip:

"Ok i had the same problem and found a fix. What I did was download an app manager iFunBox, then i copied all the files from FOS to my desktop (make sure app is closed). Then I uninstalled FOS and reinstalled it. After that copy just the Vault1.sav file from the (old) documents folder into the (new) documents folder and boot the game up and it should work. At first i just tried copying all the files but that did not work from some reason so i just copied the save"

I can confirm this worked for my girlfriend's < iOS 8.3 device -- after reinstalling the app and moving the .sav file over using iFunBox, she was able to play again, and retain all progress. If your were foolish like me and updated to the latest iOS (8.3), the updated app security model isn't accessible by iFunBox or similar applications.

If this works for you, awesome! If you're on iOS 8.3, the good news is that the app data itself is still intact; it's some other issue that's causing the crash to occur. Once that issue is fixed, it should be possible to restore your save file.

Again, please try this at your own risk -- there is definitely a loss of data if you don't know what you're doing.
