This settlement is completely broken for me, im having several issues which makes this settlement useless for anything besides a personal base. Some issues:

1: Cannot assign settlers to anything, they just stand there and do nothing like zombies.

2: Settlers are simply vanishing or get stuck in the water behind the house.

3: Ghoul corpses wont stop respawning.

4: One ghoul just stands there and reacts to nothing.
