So I've read Sharlikran's excellent guide but am still wondering what advantage or use there is for high Endurance SPECIAL rating. Has anyone figured it out? Since they have it in, it makes sense that it serves some purpose. My thought was they should have raised storage rooms/depots capacity if you have a high-Endurance Dweller positioned in there.

It is mainly used for the last room you unlock. It also benefits explorers but Im not exactly sure how, yet.

There is a chance that Endurance helps while adventuring. However, there is no way to measure that or easily observe it. It's just speculation at this point. Eventually people will have had more time to recognize differences in dwellers while adventuring depending on their Special Stats. I have two test chars that are almost 5 in all their Special stats but not sure how they will perform.

I just sent out 2 explorers in one of my vaults, one with very high luck and the other with very high endurance, same level, weapon and meds. A very unscientific trial....

That seems scientific enough, but I'd watch what the adventurer says. With a high endurance he might not say, "aww man my feet are tired." What the Dwellers say mean things. Maybe a high endurance means he can stay out longer and be more alert. Maybe he looses less health or takes less radiation damage. Stuff like that.

Like as I was typing my previous message, Radroaches attacked two Dwellers in a single wide room. Both low level Dwellers either from the Wasteland or a new born Dweller so their stats were low. The one with 2 Endurance took less damage then the one with 1 Endurance before I gave them their first Stimpacks. So that's probably more along the lines as to what it does. Needs more testing but that's more likely. Luck effects items found.
