Aight, So I killed Mr. Burke at Tenpenny Tower before I could set off the bomb. What now? Go to the Galaxy News Tower

Also, will doing this have any implications on the game? eg. I didn't level up by killing the two and the bomb is still ready to go off. If anyone has done the same (Set to detonate the bomb, but kill Burke at the tower) then please tell me how your game went after

If you killed Mr. Burke at Tenpenny Tower after arming the bomb but not setting it off it seems to me that you can't get the room at Tenpenny Tower.

You may be able to go back to Megaton, disarm the bomb and then tell Simms to get a house there.

But why kill Mr. Burke before blowing up Megaton? Particularly if you armed the bomb already?

As it stands right now, you won't get any Player House, other than one you take over. You only get the one on Megaton by saving it, and you get the one in Tenpenny by blowing up Megaton.

If you don't want the negative Karma, then try to disarm the bomb (I believe you can do that even if you set it to blow up at first)

Otherwise, load a save from before you set the bomb to blow up, then kill Burke, then disarm the bomb.

You can kill Burke anytime you want to. I don't even talk to him anymore, I just walk in and shoot him outright as soon as he beckons me over.
