Why can I not get a break from radiation sickness?!?! I have 19 dwellers, and all of them continue to get rad sickness, no matter how many Rad Aways I use ... is this normal?

Insufficient water supply.

I have a 2-room water treatment station, lvl 3, staffed with the best dwellers I have ... if I don't sit on my phone and constantly spam the room, I'll come back a couple hours later and everything is in the red ... I wish the game *paused* when I'm away ...

Exit the app when not playing it, and it'll go into a hibernation state.

And clearly that's not enough water for your vault population size either. Build more, and get enough population to build an armory to hone their Perception.

You need to have sufficient water sources. Water prevents rad sickness, food provides health. If you have insufficient water your dwellers will continue to get rad sickness.
