I purchased 15 lunchboxes for a total of $10.61 at 3:17am on August 25th. Upon completing the purchase, Fallout Shulter immediately crashed. Upon relaunching, no lunchboxes. As of now, no lunchboxes. My account has been charged. My money has been taken, and I have not recieved what I paid for.
I've read in other places where disputes with this game of this nature have gone unanswered, or you say it's up to Google Play. Google play says this, and I quote: "The developer has it wrong. Google is not authorized to track or alter what is going on inside an app. If you made a purchase in-app it's up to the app to trakc the purchase and make the delivery." Yes, their reply has the typo.
So let me make this clear: If this issue isn't resolved in a week, I'm opening a dispute with my bank and getting my money back. I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but I'm either going to get my lunchboxes or my money back. I think a week is a reasonable aount of time to wait.
