I had been playing for quite a while on my Samsung Galaxy note 4 (OS up-to-date) just the one vault no others. A few days ago I attempted to load my vault but was booted back to my home screen.

I attempted again to the same result; it looks as of its just about to load and then it crashes.

I tried force closing the app and trying again, still ctashes.

I tried resetting my phone, still crashes.


I then started up a new vault and found that it loads with no issue.

I spent about $25AUD on lunch boxes/mr handy and I don't think it's at all fair that I should should lose content I paid for because my only option is to uninstall reinstall.


Please! Can someone from Bethesda actually help me out with this issue, I really don't want to have to contact the Australian Consumer Commission to get this resolved.

i have 3 vaults on my Galaxy tab s 10.5. game works perfectly, save for the first vault in the list. whenever i load "vault 1" it cycles through the title slides, but crashes before opening the vault. like the above user, i have spent quite a bit on boxes and handys, and would like this vault repaired.

I have the same problem with my first vault - 64 dwellers, 17 rooms + upgrades.

I suggest that the game should do an automatic backup evertime it starts up a working vault...
