I can no longer load any saved vaults. Before this it would crash regularly. During two of these crashes I had just opened a lunchbox that I purchased, but didnt yet get a chance to flip the 4 cards. When I logged back in the lunchbox was gone. So I'm having a ton of problems.


First problem, currently the game will not load any vaults. So I can no longer play the game at all. I've attempted to launch it about 60 times, I've rebooted the iPad about 10 times, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've tried running the app in airplane mode and with as many items disabled as possible. I have over 6GB spare on my device and I have both the latest iOS and game patches as of this morning.


Second problem is the lost lunchboxes, Bethesda says billing issues need to be taken up with itunes but the transaction had no problems it was the app crashing that caused the loss of paid in game items. I supose I could just dispute the charge, but honestly I dont really want my money back, I just want the game working and my two lost items back.

I had the same issue with a lost lunchbox during a crash. This is the first time this has happened and my game has only crashed a handful of times since originally installing a month and a half ago.

What I'm wondering is if Bathesda replaces these lost lunchboxes, or am I SOL because I happened to have the unlucky experience of my phone crashing while playing?


I did not pay for this lost lunchbox, but I HAVE bought five mr. Handies. This could have happened to those as well then right? What's the procedure for returning non-paid for merchandise vs paid for? I haven't found a good solution to this yet.
