I have multi fully upgraded specials stats on my characters and none of them when sent into the wasteland are getting anything, my mr tenpenny was in the wasteland for a full 20 hour span of time and only got a 0-3 damage pistol, same happened with all my other fully upgraded characters, except some of them brought nothing back. I contacted the Bethesda support team and they had no answer as to posting a thread on this forum. IS THIS A BUG?, or something they did to stop high level characters from getting anything good? what do I do about this situation?

Same thing happens for me. :\ My high level characters that have full luck aren't finding anything good at all 5-7 stuff and lower, mostly lower.

This is what happened to me i believe. I sent out 6 maxed out dwellers one of them for over a week and came back with nothing and nothing even entered in his journal. The other 5 I sent out for about 4 days I think. None of them used any stimpack or rad away, didn't kill or encounter anything in the waistland, and none collected any items. They were just ghosts out there.

Actually now that I looked at it again, my dwellers that I sent out were stats maxed but not level maxed.

I have to send level 50 fully SPECIAL dwellers,out for three or more days to even get 1 or 2 good weapons.
