In an effort to better investigate issues, please make sure you include the following information when posting in these forums.
- What phone/tablet model are you using? iPhone 6 and iPad 2
- What OS are you currently running (including version #) 9.1 (13B143)
- Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build? Deleted and reinstalled app, still getting issue.
- If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?
about a week ago my explores stopped getting anything while they were out. i left one out for almost 24hrs and got nothing. not even experience. this is for all the explores, i sent them all out for about 3 hrs and no one got a single thing. whats going on?
