I got the Jericho dweller from a lunch box at a very high level and now got him to level 50 (I think is the max level) but now he does not show up on my dwellers list. Tried restarting the app, moving him to a different room. This is more annoying, but can live with it just thought I might bring it to someone's attantion.

I have the same problem with jericho. If i sort my list by lvl he's not on it but if I sort it by a SPECIAL stat then he's there. He is my only lvl50 so not sure if this is specific to him or more widespread.

If i'm right there is a bug by sorting levels then your dweller 50 lvl. Some one already posted this.
