I started playing game before I realised my iPad mini wasn't supported. I have been developing a vault with terrific equipment and it's been going so well, but sometime after building a radio station, the game won't start anymore when I try to enter my vault. It just crashes back to the tablet screen. This has happened twice now. I really want to continue this latest very successful vault, and wondered if it would be possible to copy the game data to a supported device using iOS file manager software on my computer?


I noticed a lot of other players playing on supported devices are having the same issue around 30 dwellers; mine happens around 20 dwellers. Hopefully an update could address the issue for all of us?

Officially, no word. However if you use one of several different iOS file access programs you can get into the Documents folder in the Fallout Shelter App and pull out the .sav file that is your shelter.

I was able to use the CopyTrans App tool for Windows to copy the app from my iPad 3 to my iPad Mini 2. Play experience is much, much better on more modern hardware.
