I was having a problem with the app one day after my phone had shut itself off in the middle of playing. The app would load up and right before it shows the vaults the app would close itself. After several attempts I gave up for a few days. When I next booted up the app a week later there is no vaults to choose from only start a new game.

Bump please help how can i get reimburst for the money i spent?

File a report to google play for your refund or if you want to keep supporting the game just use one of the programs out there you can find with a search to edit your next vault with whatever you want in terms of dwellers / box's / mr.handy.

Make sure you back up your saved games also and you can find the method in another search.

Chompman, is there any threads how to back up saves? I want to know because I'm intending to reinstall in attempt to fix a load screen crashing issue
