Ok so i had about 10 crashes on my smart phone and had to reinstall the app. So i get an auto generated email from bathesda and that pissed me off (fyi my problem is that i payed for handis and lunchboxes and had roughly 20-30 epic objects and all were deleted and not reloaded upon reinstallation of the app) and i dont get reimbursed for my money spent in game nor do i even rate an actual person saying they will look i to the matter. I sent about 3 emails similar to this post. Are my replys being answered? My smart phone is compatable and was running just fine till yesterday. I payed for 3 handis and about 10-12 dollars worth of lunchboxes. I also had a rusty fat man rocket launcher rifles of various assortment and alot of different epic weapons besides those mentioned. And that doesnt include the several epic armors i had. Now im wondering as too how i dont have my vaults after i reloaded because it kept crashing so please fix this so i can get either my vault back or with sufficiant compensation for a new vault for rapid evolution of said new vault. If bathesda or the app creators are unwilling to fix this issue i will delete the game and not even think of ever purchasing another bathesda product. Oh and please now more auto generated emails those are impersonal and show that customer service is low in the opinion of the reciever. Thank you for your consideration.

call google let them know also provide them several links to their "support forum" and show they are doing nothing.

Bethesda has a pretty sorry way of showing it cares for its customers. If they don't Starr fixing the problems they have with shelter I'm going to petition and boycott the release of Fallout 4. Maybe when people refuse to buy anymore of their games they'll actually fix the ones already out.

If you go for a boycott let me know im in. I had to call CALL after 4 emails too google to get my money back. This is such crap with it being one of the biggest money making companies in video game history.

I did it with dying light. The game was originally set to release October 2014 but I boycotted it due to them reversing their decision to release it on 360.They tried to force me and a lot of other gamers to take the Xbox one copy instead and we wanted our money back. After tying up their phone lines with numerous people calling and emails by the dozen they finally refunded our money. And they finally released their game but later than they wanted. We may not be able to stop fallout 4 but we can cause their sales to be hurt and money is what they care about.
