whenever i send my Mr.Handy out to collect caps he doesn't get any, doesn't matter how long i leave him he collects 0 and nothing appears in the collection log as if he is moving

I had this happen to me as well but with other dwellers and the reason is most likely that you set your clock forward and you broke the game. Another reader alerted me that this is the price of cheating. He also told me though that if you wait until the time you forwarded it TO, it should fix itself. Still waiting another two days to see if that works. Meanwhile i just started another game.
