I actually downloaded Fallout Shelter before Fallout 4 and I have STILL not gotten Piper. I even bought 40 Lunch boxes and still have not gotten Piper. And when Fallout 4 released, I still haven't gotten Piper. Please, Bethesda, I love your games. It's such a fun game to play when I'm on break at work. But, I'd feel alot better if I could play with Piper, who I loved on Fallout 4 on Fallout Shelter. I also know the fact that I've been trying to get Piper since Oct 17. And I am getting REALLY irritated with this game but I'm not giving up with this game because it is a pretty cool game. So, please, help me or I swear, I will yell at Piper in Fallout 4 to get into Shelter. lol..

And yes, I have my iOS. I know it's iOS exclusive.

They gave me piper for free months ago. Hope you get her.

Well that's a bug then because you should have both piper and Garvey.
