Over the last 2 days, every vault dweller I've sent to the Wasteland does nothing, the text states 00.00, entering the wasteland, and nothing else happens, it doesn't progress, no encounters occur, no items or caps found, nothing happens. I've tried multiple dwellers, sent them multiple times, nothing will happen at all.
