I have alpha and beta tested for many companies for both hardware and software over 33 years. To become a alpha tester requires a lot of experience with the hardware and signing many confidentiality agreements. Most companies don't get testers for smart phones. The apps either work or don't work. They just test on the latest iOS from Android or Apple. Even testing on game consoles is rare. Look at the number of patches for Skyrim. The last was 1.9. That is even more rare. Most do 3 patches and move on. PC game testing require very high end hardware. You need to be able to document video and sound issues. Determine if it hardware firmware issues or software issues. The last project I worked on I presented over 200 pages of notes, screen shots, audio samples with different codecs installed. Tried three versions of video drivers on both ATI and Nvidia adapters.
I would just like to point out, that although there are many frivolous lawsuits brought by people who think it might be a quick way to earn cash, the McDonald's case you refer to happens to be pretty legit - and the warnings you see on coffee containers now are a result of that lawsuit. If you are genuinely curious, or like facts, here is a solid write-up on that case. It does get used as short-hand for frivolous lawsuits, but this was one where the corporation (McD's, was fully away - for a decade at least - that the temp they insisted their coffee be served at could cause 3rd degree burns in 4-7 seconds if spilled.)

on topic - I have been using the android version since release (Galaxy S4), and I have experienced only one minor - but annoying bug - where sometimes the game does not credit an objective, like raising the luck stat, for example, every time I raise it. It just randomly seems to ignore some of the bumps. I am not saying others aren't experiencing issues, but insulting people in any company who do support, QA or anything is out of line.
As this is not providing any assistance to anyone, nor is it any sort of bug report, I am closing the thread.
