i restarted the app and when the vault was loaded it crashed the game.
i tried to restart the app, restarted the iphone, saved the vault into the icloud and reinstalled the app - nothing helped.
36 hrs ago i wrote 2 support emails to bethesda - nothing came back, not even a confirmation mail (and yes: i checked my spamfilter)
i tried to contact bethesda on facebook - no response
what makes me really angry is the fact that i spent 80€ on this vault and it seems that the money is lost, not to mention the time i invested.
really frustrating that i havent found a statement from bethesda, not in general and not even on single customer-reports here in the forum.
i play the game on an iphone 6s+ on ios 9.2
