Game crashed and cannot get back to one of the vaults.

Ask for help and support and got email advise to reboot.

Not working after several attempts and ask support again. Still got the same answer and asked to come to this forum.

Don't think and body in this forum can help on matters like this. This should be responsibility for Bethesda but they do nothing to help.

Got similar problem on other games/apps. Other developers behave much better.

I also wonder; This is a SUPPORT FORUM. We get redirected here when we email Bethesda for support.

WHY are we not getting any help?

This is a free game, yes, but so is Hay Day, and they have a well functioning help center.

Some players pay lots of money for ingame content in Fallout Shelter, but no one can help us, once our vault gets broken.

STEP UP, BETHESDA!

May be we shall make reviews in the AppStore to tell new players about what they will encounter.

Bethesda focus on new players that would bring revenue and make no effort to support.

This has all the look and feel of a beta test. Many of the free to play games (FTPG) rush through various developmental process to acquire time sensitive demands. While playing Wargaming's WOT ftpg xbox360 game from early beta trials and tribulation to release dates up to cross platforming xbox1 and beyond. It has been (pardon my pun), riddled with holes! (MMO tank game) I believe that this is the future of FTP gamming after opting to throw my hat in the ring on various FTPGs.

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.

Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
