Fallout shelter is not going fix the crash and i had enough

Dear every fallout shelter players:



I choose to post this because i had enough. The crash bug since the new 1.3 update is not going fixed and how i know this???


I sent 3 email on 10th and 11th this month, and i finally got these emails rely this morning and all these emails are telling me is just to go to this forum where there are no solutions for the recent crash problem.


Also, i noticed that no one has read through the email that i sent as well, because i am asking about the crash and they email was as shown as below:

I had enough, this develop does not care about customers, and i had my in game purchase money refunded this morning through apple support. plx dont waste your time waiting. they are not even apologizing

i really did not want to refund it but it has been 9 days i could not play the game and there are no one here from developers would help. there are not even a single word from them.

We should say the same in the app review. To let the new players know what will happen, and let other players know we can have refund thru Apple,

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.



HAVE YOU SPENT MONEY ON THIS APP???



Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
