Can Bethesda please ACKNOWLEDGE the Pregnancy BUG!

Post » Sat Feb 13, 2016 5:54 pm

Many have tried to highight this in as many forums that I can find and most escalations to Bethesda Support just gets them the generic refer to FAQ or the forums.

  • We understand that we need room for new Dwellers.

  • We understand that they need to be happy.

  • It makes no difference to whether they work or reside in the quarters, they should and others do still drop.

  • We have had many pregnancies since that do work.

  • Weve tried the name changing thing.

  • None of the fathers in my case have died!

  • We understand that deleting where they were concieved could be the problem, but here we are now with the problem. How do we get out of it.

We just need to you to admit its a bug, your looking into it and it will be addressed in the first update. Its not a free game, as some like to state. It is currently the highest grossing game due to in game purchases so we deserve a resonable response other than go to FAQ or the forums. We have a problem and would most likley continue purchasing lunchboxes if it was resolved. This game, like Clash of Clans has for Supercell is going to bag you a ton of income so please respond more appropiatley and with acceptance. We are fans, not casual iOS browsers stunmbling onto somehting. We watched E3 with excitement for Fallout 4 and was excited to learn of this App. Its very in keeping with the Fallout series and does very well to satisfy us somewhat whilst we wait for the pre-ordered F4. Ive played them all, modded for the last 3 and Beta tested the last 2. We love you Bethesda, listen to us. We have a problem

Perhaps an option to reset the dweller?

FYI, on one of my points above, Reinstating the deleted Quarters in its original location and size/level didn't resolve either. I have 8 dwellers across 2 vaults that have been pregnant for more than 3 days, some going on a week.

Kindest Regards

Goat

They are silent for a reason. If they were rushing to fix the game breaking bugs they would say so. They are reading the boards so it's not like all these problems are unmonitored or unknown. Request a refund from Apple if you have spent money and shelf this game until they fix it.

Please fix as soon as possible.

All my women have this issue. All preggo, none giving birth. So, population is low.

I just wish there was an exile option to get rid of unwanted dwellers. My issue with the perma pregos is that you can't kill them to get rid of them. Can't send them to the waistland to die and they run from rooms where incidences are occurring. The only option to kill them is to tank the whole vault by letting food and water get too low. An exile option would be good at the Pop cap too. What happens if I'm at the Pop cap and get a legendary dweller from an objective lunch box? As far as I can tell I will have to have them wait outside the vault while I send a low lvl dweller to the waistland to die and make room. And that take longer than I would like considering even if I send them unequipped they auto equip what they find. I've avoided the pop cap to avoid this potential issue. Anyone at pop 200 know if you still get dwellers from lunch boxes? Or what about the radio station? Does it still keep bringing in dwellers when you hit pop 200??

Sorry went on a little bit of a tangent there.

And to add on to this question, can anyone answer what happens if you are at pop cap and you've got dwellers in the barracks? Can female dwellers still get pregnant if you are at the pop cap?

This has nothing to do with OP's issue, which bug has been fixed by the way.

Anyway, why not try it out yourself? I think the manual says babies will wait with being born when there's no room for them. So seems like it's possible, but you'll have to remove other dwellers to before the baby is born or be stuck with a perma pregger again.

This. I REALLY want the option to just exile dwellers. I don't want to have to make them go explore and then have to wait for them to die. Also, killing them on purpose instead of exiling them is just rude :)

Maybe when you stop being a [censored], I'll try it out. Guess I'll never get the chance.

women do get pregnant even when you have max population. they just never have the babies...I was worried about their happiness dropping if they couldn′t deliver the baby, but so far so good...weeks at max pop, lots of pregnant women and no problems so far. I am a bit worried about I am going to raise happiness in the future if men and women cant have six and the radio stations are basically useless...anyone have thoughts on this?
