Lost Game and Everything I Bought

I'm quite disheartened by this whole experience.


Like alot of us I quickly fell in love with this little gem of a game.



I restarted a few times until I got a vault going that I knew I was going to keep for the long haul. I invested into lunchboxes and had collected 3 Legendary Dwellers (Amata, Star Paladin Cross, and Sarah Lyons)



Just 2 days ago I was frustrated to find that the app would no longer open. As soon as I tapped on the app I'd get a black screen for a few seconds and then back to the home screen. I tried rebooting my phone, nothing. I went online and found just a storm of other people complaining of crashing too but no word from Bethesda.



So I went back to the app store and reinstalled the app. Lo and behold it now worked :) except my vault had been wiped :(



Progress gone. Legendaries gone. Weapons gone. Outfits gone.



I've spent the last two days to get in touch with SOMEONE to see how to get my purchases restored, and from what I've found out, Bethesda is saying you have to talk to Apple and Apple is saying you have to talk to Bethesda.



I know I'm not alone in this. Someone out there has our cash and I suppose that's the point of making things like this right? As long as they get their money our satisfaction is not a part of the equation.

I doubt that apple says to you talk to bethesda. You did something wrong.
