Is Bethesda a responsable company?

After more than one week of serious problems with crashing, unplayable vaults, due to new version update, Bethesda is still not responding to players requests for help.

Furthermore, the cause of the crashes, the objective called 'kill x number of mole rats without any casualties' , has not been removed from the game. Of course the new pets is a part of the problem too. Pets are also still in the game, and has not been deactivated, not even temporarely.


My only hope is that Bethesda has fired its incompetent developers, and are employing new, professionel game developers.

Some people in the other forum reported new update 1.3.1 but I do not get it.

There is no response from Bethesda.

Too bad the game belongs to them.

No, they're not. I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.

Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
