Ever since the update on Dec. 9th I have been unable to get my vault to load. I can start the game and select the vault; but then it ends up crashing just before the vault loads

I just updated to iOS 9.2 and still have same problems

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.

HAVE YOU SPENT MONEY ON THIS APP???

Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
