I have been managing my vault for some time. I saved to cloud, but this morning one of my vaults just won't load. I've deleted the game and reinstalled it probably 10 times. I had 198 dwellers, many at level 50 and a few > 50. I had 999,999 caps. I'd bought In app purchases. Now it won't get past the load screen. I would like either my money or my vault back.

you probably have the same bug that numerous vault owners have been affect by since the last patch. you have an objective to survice a molerat attack but it's bugged your vault because there was a molerat attack in an empty room. Now your game immediately crashes after the game starts to load. Thank you for posting, the more people post maybe we'll get heard. Gonna be tough, since their other games have way more posts in their forum, we are small compared to their other games.

Hey friend, our vaults have all suffered the same fate. I'm on day 19 with absolutely no help from Bethesda. Get your money back, you deserve it. Nobody should treat customers like this. I made 4 purchases, and requested refunds on all of them directly from Apple. 2 were refunded immediately, the other 2 were refunded a few days later. Here's the site info:

Definitely request your money back. It's been about two weeks for me - I sent out a dweller at level 54 to explore and the vault hasn't loaded since. Many people have had this issue. Request a refund from Apple. They sent me back my $70


I'd be fine if Bethesda would respond but who knows if or when they will fix it. I can't start a new vault and restore my purchases - their bug has left my purchases inert.
