I am playing on an iPhone6s with OS 9.2

The vault will simply just not load.

I recently paid for a pack of lunch boxes, which I received. This is why when the game no longer loads it is an issue.

After bein unable to load the vault, I loaded the vault to the clouds and then tried to load the vault to my iPad Air. As with the iPhone it could see the vault, but could not not load it.

Can you please help to activate the game I have put money into.

Until Bethesda pulls their thumb out and releases a patch that nukes the root cause of the horrendous freezing which most people have experienced since the last game update and iOS 9.2 were released, there is nothing you can do to fix this problem except wait . As for the actual micro transactions - my advice is to email Apple and ask for a refund on the basis that you have bought a faulty product, they won't ask any awkward questions and will give you your money back very quickly.

Mine will not load, either, and apple would not refund the money I'd spent. They referred me to this forum whichh shows me that there's nothing I can do. The game does not work, will not load, and there's no way to recoup my losses.

I have been hit by the same issue as described by all the users above. The game crashed when I tried to send out a level 50+ explorer, and now that shelter will not load on either my iPhone 6s+ or my iPad Air. I get exactly the same symptoms - the game loads, I try to load the shelter, and get the "Welcome back Fats_Tuesday" message, hear the brief sound of a Caps collection, then everything locks up. A new vault I created works just fine, so this is specific to that particular vault.

how did you get your refund from apple ?

they just keep telling me to ask Bethesda...or restart my ipad (like I did not try...!!)

It looks like Apple are passing the buck now because just before Christmas, several people reported that they had successfully gotten a refund but now it sounds like we're screwed .
