The Game freeze at the loading screen, cannot access main vault.

I can start a new one...but its kinda crappy to lose a game I spent money on !!!

its been more than 7 days now...new vault work

but the one I paid things on it doesnt load...

Do you have a dweller in the wasteland?

And is that dweller over level 50 due to a training pet?

If so, it is a widely reported bug, although Bethesda seems to not have acknowledged it. I suggest you apply for a refund.

Bethesda did a knowledge this bug in another thread and said they are looking into it.

Hope it is fixed soon. I have been froze out for three days. I lost my original base and had to start over (my fault). I won't start over a third time. Please fix this.

Providing requested info below but it seems clear this is a universal issue that continues to not be resolved. I have deleted and reinstalled. No help but you already knew that.

How about an ETA on a fix Bethesda?

Other have been frozen out since 12/9, it's been over a month and nothing from Bethsa.

I am a longtime fan of Fallout, and invested much time in Fallout Shelter. I play on an iPad mini version 9.2, and at first getting farther into the game it would start crashing. It first could be fixed by relaunching the game, but then I needed to restart my iPad, and now it crashes when it's almost done loading. I played on that vault since the game released, and got to the point where I have 105 dwellers including Piper. I haven't been able to play it since several months ago, and reinstalling does not fix it. PLEASE HELP.

As well as the issues I've talked about here: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1572516-game-unplayable-on-the-ipad-2-after-13-patch/ the iOS 9.2.1 update that landed earlier on today has almost completely trashed Fallout Shelter for me to the point that it rarely loads my Vault at all now and when it does, it crashes almost instantly before I get the chance to do anything . I have tried every recommended fix and none of them work, the game just ups and crashes after about 5-8secs which isn't even enough time for the auto save to kick in.

Now that the discussion is supposed to be consolidated to here, I assume we're supposed to report our basic system information since that's the only instructions in the last post of the locked discussions pointing us to "use" this thread.

What phone/tablet model are you using? iPhone 6s plus

What version of iOS are you currently running? 9.2

Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build? App store automatically updated the app to 1.3 in December 2015

If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it? Auto-Update

Same here, I do have a leveled up dweller in the wastes with a pet who is obviously dead at this point, have been locked out of original vault since 12/29.

I have a level 70 dweller in the wasteland, this must be why mine has the same issue.

I'm not sure what my dwellers levels were. I haven't been able to get on mine for about two weeks though. I had just sent out 3 dwellers and Mr. Handi and then wasn't able to get back on since. Makes me mad cause I had just bought pets and Mr. Handi right before it started crashing.

Can't see anything but I can hear the sound of the death claws when they destroy the entrance. Then HomeScreen appears.

@Admins: What shall I try next?

Does it make sense to try anything or shall I wait for a next Patch?

Maybe it makes sense to delete/reinstall the game and start with a new Vault (then it is not updated over the old build and I would not allow auto-update)?

I've tried all of those, including a fresh install and none of them worked so all any of us can do is wait for a patch and pray that it works .
