I spent a lot of money on fall out shelter I haven't played since death claw and handyman came out went to play it again but my save did not work

reloaded the app thinking iCloud backed it up like all my games but after it downloaded my say was gone so all the money I spent on the progress that gone into the game was gone I looked up of what could cause this and apparently I found out that the fall out Shelter app had a corrupted save and it was a bug in the game so I was wondering if possible you can refund me my money or if all possible give the items that I bought back for my New game/vault for fall out shelter i have a i pad 4th gen all updated

i sent 2 tickets with auto reply one sent me to apple and one sent me here apple cant refund me and told me to talk to the maker of the app am now vary lost now i love all of fall out but i don't feel like playing any more till its fixed

can any one help me out here?
