I have a quest to collect 170 water in under 1 minute. However my count does not go up when I collect water. It goes back and forth between 8 and 48. I lost my robot as an award because of this bug. This bug has happened more than once.

Hi Jangeed, all of the resources need to be collected in a specific timeframe, so it you take too long the amount it registered that you've collected may go down. If you're doing everything within the time frame provided, could you pass along the following details to help us investigate the matter?

• What phone/tablet model are you using?


• What OS are you currently running (including version #)


• Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build?


• If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?
