Although the training cap of the SPECIAL points is 10 for every dweller in each stat, can you actually use outfits to make it higher? I ran some tests, but they seem to have shown different results:
1) Assigning a dweller with more than 10 points in a certain stat to a room which is dedicated for that stat still shows "10" points will be added to that room instead of, for example, 12 points.
2) in a power generator room, I've quickly changed the clothes on someone that had 8 Strength points from clothes that give +3 S to +2 S. After changing, time was added or deducted from the production timer appropriately.
3) Doing the same thing I did in test #2 in a kitchen with Agility clothes, the production timer did not change.
I am mostly curious about the luck stat while exploring though, because I made a person who is dedicated to bringing caps from the wasteland. He has 10 luck and I gave him a suit that grants +7 more luck on top of that. I would like to know if that suit actually helps him while exploring or if I should equip him with a different suit.
