If i close and go back to dweller same issue.

It's not a bug, you can sell the items you don't need before collecting.

In my guide under http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1521786-enhanced-vault-dwellers-survival-guide/, I have a paragraph that explains when your Adventurer's inventory is full that you can sell items. You can sell items regardless of whether or not your inventory is full. Check the http://i.imgur.com/SS7524p.jpg I have as an example. In your screen shot the weapon is a Rusty Plasma Rifle where mine is probably a Pistol so mine is only worth 10 caps where yours is worth 100. Still interesting to see the weapon and that there are items worth more then 10 caps in the game.

Have you looked 3 pics? If you are full your items are marked with red background not with caps.

It's not a bug, you probably tapped on the item as you were scrolling, converting it to the caps picture. If you tap on the caps picture, it turns it back into the item. It's just a means of selling items before collecting everything.
