Just like most of 4S users I started to play this game without read the specifications or requiriments. When I was really into this game, enjoying it's simplicity, the crashes started.


I restart my Vault a few times just to see the correct way to play smooth and crashes free, without buying a new phone, so here's what I found so far.


I have a 3 year old 4S, a Vault with over 60 dwelers and increasing, IT'S NOT CRASH FREE, but it's way more playable, specially knowing I can enter my vault without problem and play for a few minutes.


So here are some tips of what do I do to keep enjoying this fun game.


1., Know your crash triggers.


- Birth, I simply don't [censored], I get dwelers from radio or lunchboxes.

- Go easy with everything, I usually collect everything before I start rushing.

- Disable the camera option in configuration in-game, this decrease the crash % in a big number.

- I always play with the far camera, this stops EVERY animation, decreasing the crash %.

- If game crashes at strt, a soft reset helps get in your vault.

- Problem with the objectives ? Type in Google "Lunchboxes loop" to get a fast and strong start ( it's a infinite lunchboxes glitch, use AT your own will).

- Don't mess with the time glitch, you can [censored] your game and ruin the gameplay in a HUGE WAY.

- Disable every backgroung app to keep your phone memory full for Fallout.


Crash without even enter your vault ?????


Besides all I said, the most important tip I can give you.


When you enter your vault, usually loads everything around your vault entrace, so... KEEP IT AS SIMPLY AS POSSIBLE. I enter my vault 80% of the time, just because I have my gate, 2 elevators down and no more than 3 floors with 2 fully upgraded rooms each side, so I help my vault to load without overcharging my phone memory.


The rest of my vault is 6 floors down, with only elevators between those 2, 4 floors facilities, the rest is at the very bottom.


Getting distance between 3-4 floors with power-water-food-whatever also helps with roachs infestation or fire, since they don't go through elevators.


Is not the best way, but know that you can enjoy the game with patience in your old piece of [censored] just like I do.

One more thing, to help your phone, play it while its plugged in charging, this game eats your memory and battery.
