I'm playing on a 5c with the latest iOS and a few days ago I minimised the game just as a radroach infestation occurred. Now every time I go on there the room flashes green and the burrow appears, but no radroaches emerge to kill and end the event. It's been happening for about 3 days now and I can't build or upgrade anything.
