The Google Games Achievements aren't updating for me. I have built all the rooms but it won't change past 39%. I have many legendary dwellers but it isn't updating those, either. I even deleted vaults and started a new one, logged out and back in many times. What can I do to fix it?

I logged in today and went to my main vault first (maybe the order you enter the vaults matters?) and tried it again. It finally worked!
