I was working on three objectives: Collect 21 weapons, Successfully Rush 21 times, and Assign 18 Dwellers correctly. For all three I had 17, 12, and 17 respectively. Before the day was up, all three went down to zero and I have had to redo them all. I'm a little frustrated and haven't managed to complete them yet because of this "refresh". Why did it occur? Was it a glitch? Or is that just part of the game?

I've had objectives not track accurately. For Example, I put out 6-7 fires..and got only credit for 2.

I've posted this same topic twice, and if you google it there's a few other reports on different websites. I think it's definitely a bug, I've been stuck with three luncbox objectives for weeks that I don't want to X out of. I'm sad that such a fun game is so broken.
