So my vault is like 10-12 layers deep, I think. I'd grab a screenshot but that's difficult before the game crashes. It uses every floor and every slot down to that layer. I'm up to 126 dwellers, none in the wastelands, and have 2 unique dwellers. Lots of people training and active, and one dweller waiting on radio room.

The game crashes after playing about 15-30s, and additionally, I've been able to pin it down by quickly quitting. It crashes as soon as I save (if I quit via "Main Menu" it immediately dies). No errors or anything. Storage is unencrypted and I'm not running off of externalSD. It only started this morning with no strange behavior prior.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Does anyone else find it utter crap that Bethesda's "customer support" is to force you to wait for other players to have the same problem? Rather than trying to resolve it?

Yep totally crap

I have this problem as well. On my Galaxy S5, I can load the vault, play for about a minute, but then it crashes; or when I try to save by going to the main menu it crashes that way as well.

Its definitely the save. I backed up the save, uninstalled, reinstalled, restored, and still does it. Started a new vault and its fine.

Bethesda, I've left a 1-star review, and I'm encouraging others to do so until you address the problem or at least acknowledge issues exist. The email response from the support email literally told me to see if anyone else had the issue. No way to contact for real support. I WILL contact your billing department about a refund for several lunch boxes if there's not a way to resolve this.
