If your game no longer loads and you bought boxes and you meet the system requirements for the game... I ask that you use the Itunes feature to report a problem.
Log into Itunes
Go to store (menu bar)
View account
Scroll down and under purchase history click see all
Click report a problem
Click report a problem next to each transaction
Fill out the report

In my case both of my vaults stopped functioning (completely) shortly after my 4th of July purchases. I can no longer access either one. I am stricken with the permanent crash when attempting to load button. I am on a compatibile device. I have tried power cycling my device. I have uninstalled other apps. I have turned off wifi. Nothing works.
