I don't know if this is a bug or what but my dwellers in my broadcast center are all still level 1. They do not level up at all.

There's more threads about this. I think it's on purpose and I'm fine with it really.

Thanks, I tried to do a search but didn't come up with anything. My issue with them not leveling up is when an incident happens they die to easily.

I lucked out and got 3 dog. But yeah, I have been cycling through my dwellers so that they don't all stay in that room very long. most have crap charisma. I upped some dwellers charisma by 1 and threw on the nightshirt and then sent another vault dweller to level up and then traded them out.
