Last week while playing, the game. Crashed out to home screen. Afterwards, I have not been able to play. I can choose the vault and just as you think its done loading, back to desktop screen. My sav file is not 0.00 like others have mentioned. I've tried the uninstall, reinstall and copy save files back, but its a no go.


I've spent upwards $75 on lunch boxes and such. Now I understand how much of a fool I am, considering the info is NOT stored on the cloud!


I've received no response from my email, but I want to play my vault or a refund on monies spent.

Mine crashes as well.I watch video on YouTube on how to get a refund and stop it happening.I tried it.I sent an email asking for a refund but an auto reply came back directing me to this site and telling me to make a new thread about the crashes.not shor how to do that.so don't think I'll be getting my cash back.this is happening to a lot of players. They have had enough time to reply about any fixes to anyone. I think law suit..
