I′ve been trying to open the app but in the moment i want to play it the game crashes

I open the app, the loading Bethesda image appears, and then I'm back at the main menu of my smartphone.

The last time that happened I deleted the game and downloaded it again but I lost all my info.

I dont want to do that agian because I have spent money buying some Mr. Handys′

What can I do? I have tried to download an update for the app but there is no way I can do that.

Do a search on your phone for vault1.sav and copy it to another folder. If you have more than one vault, do the same for vault2.sav and vault3.sav. Then you can uninstall and reinstall the game and not lose all your progress. The tricky thing is you need to make a brand new vault for each one you are replacing, then delete it and THEN copy the backed-up .sav file over else it won't show up.
