I did not see this issue posted after a search of these forums so I'm posting it.

I have Fallout Shelter (v1.1) installed on a Samsung GT-N8013 running Android 4.1.2.

This is the first time I've encountered this issue and I have not attempted any glitches/cheats so this issue wasn't caused by something of that nature.

I logged into my vault only to find that all of my timers were set to end in several hours with the radio room's timer set to finish in 60020h!! What gives... anyone experience this issue?

I was able to kill all of the timers by rushing the affected rooms but there is no way to rush the radio room so that timer is still set to over 60k hours. I have cleared the cache, force stopped the game, and rebooted my device. I'm at a loss now as to what to do next.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Well, after reading about some of the issue people were having by using the timer glitch, I decided to give it a try to see if it would alleviate this issue. Seems that it has done just that. I had to advance my device years vice hours in order to fix my radio room but all is good now, or so it seems.
