When I updated my Fallout Shelter yesterday to the new update on one of my vaults I lost the ability to build additional rooms. The hammer icon in the top right corner is missing?? I have closed it out, restarted my iPhone multiple times and this is still effecting my vault.

Also, on this same vault when I move dwellers around it doesnt show the room P, S, E icon with the +number so I set dwellers to the best room.

It sounds like you are stuck in an "event" like a fire or radroach infection. I'm guessing you don't see any of those happening though - have you tried moving some dwellers to empty rooms to see if it will trigger them doing anything or clearing that room's event flag?

I will see if I can move some dwellers around and see if it will close or stop an event. It also shows that I have +3 dwellers waiting to be added from the wasteland but they are not visiable outside the vault door and I am not able to find them to add them.. Crazy stuff going on

So I have added Dwellers to verfy room on my vault and nothing has changed. Its does appear that some event is stuck as I dont have the option in any room to speed up the event (Rush). Also all the dwellers outside my vault door are not visible the game knows they are there because it show +4 next to my dweller population and they are listed in the Dweller wheel but it wont select them when I click them...

That the Dwellers outside disappearing indicates a raider attack (the dwellers waiting in line outside will run away).

Seems there is some event that is stuck.. it doesnt show anything happening though. I have moved dwellers all over in the vault added 2 in the vault door room with high power suits and weapons, nothing happens. I even have dwellers in all the storage rooms and nothing is changing. I have closed out of the game stopped it from running on my iPhone and restarted my iPhone several times.. same thing I cant build new rooms, no option to rush rooms, dwellers showing up ready to add to vault but I cant select them. When I use a lunch box and receive a new dweller it says its ready I can see them in the dweller listing but it wont select them so I can add them. Total mystery of the vault....
