Can I use iCloud to transfer gameplay save data from one device to another?

I was playing Shelter on my iPad2, which was a bit laggy and can be quite frustrated. But its okay, as long as I can play its fine for me. Recently, iPad2 force me to update to iOS8.4. Then it becames worse. To begin the game I have to wait 10 minutes for loading. Now I barely can play it without which crashed in the middle of loading screen.

Help please.

I believe you'd want to contact apple support for that. I'm not sure which customer support decision would be best though. Probably the app store support.
